Eat, Pink and be Married for Alicia

Last weekend I had the honor of throwing Alicia a bridal shower along with her other bridesmaids.  The theme was Eat, Pink and be Married!  I had so much fun crafting for the special day and was really enjoying all the PINK!  I can't wait for September 7th for her big day!

That's Baby's Growing

I'm 24 weeks pregnant now and our little baby girl weighs 1 pound!  And she's really showing now.  And wiggling around in my belly.  Which is so fun to feel.  And getting dressed is starting to get harder.

Update to the Backyard Fence

In another round of before baby projects, Adam and his dad were hard at work this weekend fixing our backyard fence.  When we moved in, the fence was leaning slightly in towards the yard...and it kept getting worse!  We know we are going to be spending lots of time in our backyard playing soon and wanted this to be fixed.  It required taking down all the planks, fixing the posts and backboards and then rehanging all the planks.  It was a full weekend's project but I'm happy to report that it looks amazing now!  It got to dark to take a photo of the finished fence...and to most people it's going to look the same...so when you come over, please compliment Adam on his "really straight fence".  Because that is really the only difference and it was a lot of work.

And of course, Noodle tried to help, but we wouldn't let her outside.  So she did this instead.  Good thing shes's so cute.

Happy Easter

The Portland Petersens came down for Easter this year and Lindsay got to be a part of the kids egg hunt!  It was a nice day all together.
