Kristi's Bachelorette Party

Kristi's getting married!! I had such a fun time planning a bachelorette party for her. And I am so proud of all the cute crafts I made for it that I want to share them!!

Toby

It's not that I don't like dogs. I just much prefer cats. But, last week I had an experience with a dog named Toby and now I understand why people like dogs.

I was on my way home late from a work event when I saw a dog in the street. I passed him, but looked back and there he was still in the street. So, the animal lover in me pulled over to check out his tag. I was able to get in touch with his owner, but she worked nights and was unable to come get him. So, I brought Toby home and we hung out for a bit before we went to bed. (Me in bed, he in the garage...I mean, I hardly knew him.)

Toby loved me immediately. He laid on my lap and snuggled me. He listed to me and did what I told him. He was so well behaved.

In the morning, his owners came to get him and I was sad to see him go.

Don't get my wrong, our next pet will still be a cat...but just maybe, there is also a dog in the future.

Fire Place Roasting

It came to the attention of Adam's parents that I had never roasted hot dogs over a fire. So, over they came with logs, hot dogs and special roasting sticks made my Adam's grandpa.

I will admit, they tasted a lot better than any hot dog I've had lately, although the best part was the smores.
